Log Files
mobivisor.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Mobivisor and its mobile applications allows you to take pictures, record media files or share your media files with other users. This can only happen by explicit actions which means Mobivisor can only access to the media files if end-user gives permission and makes such an action. If the end-user doesn't permit it, Mobivisor cannot access to the files. Transferred media files to other users are not used by any other purposes besides transmitting to the receiver which is initiated by the end-user(sender of the file).
Like any other website, mobivisor.com uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.
Privacy Policies
Device and Account Information (User Data)
Mobivisor Agent is a Mobile Device Management application, where it is mainly used by Enterprises via Android Enterprise or Apple Business program. Hence we might (depending on the countries not prohibited and user consent taken via user agreements) collect mobile device information related to Device location (for lost mode and upon users consent on him to share his location with colleagues), Device account and info, Applications installed within the device for installing an application and configuring the application via the Enterprise account, Application info and performance for collecting crash logs.
All collected data is transferred to MDM server in a secure way. These data is only shared with Enterprise Administrators (as this is the purpose of Mobile Device Management application). Personal data of end users is never shared with 3rd party applications in any circumstances.
Personal and Sensitive User Data Collected via MDM:
- Location information: Location information is collected in lost mode states (for business owned devices). If you are using a personal device, location info cannot be collected.
- Contacts: Contacts of business owned devices are collected and shared with Work Profile of the device.
Third Party Data Share
At mobivisor.com and its mobile applications, we do not share (sell, give out, disclose) any user data to third parties.
At mobivisor.com, external third-party libraries may have access to your IP and use cookies.
Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
mobivisor.com does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website and its mobile applications with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in mobivisor.com or directly with mobile apps. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website and apps.
